Strategic Planning
Strategic planning can help your organization effectively
respond to a changing environment while keeping a clear focus on your
vision, purpose and goals. EMA can organize and moderate your strategic
planning session, ensuring an effective and organized retreat.
Yearly Elections
- Remind the President of the appropriate time to appoint
the Nominating Committee
- Prepare ballots for mailing to voting members
- Coordinate counting of ballots in coordination with the
bylaws
Committee Work
- Work with committees as requested by the board
- Prepare reports from committee meetings and distribute
as requested.
Special Projects
- Initiate correspondence as directed and distribute to
board and committee members as appropriate
- Coordinate Community/Public Relations Projects ranging
from food drives to charity golf tournaments
Survey Development
- Develop web based surveys to facilitate the collection
and distribution of information on subjects from meeting topics to
demographics
